What we collect

Account details (name, email), your tracking data (meals, foods, weight logs, plans) and basic device info needed to run the app.

How we use it

To provide the service, improve product quality and communicate about your account. We don't sell your data.

Your tracking data is yours

You can request export or deletion of your data from Settings (coming soon). Any food or meal photos you upload are stored privately for app functionality — they are not intentionally public, and access is controlled through your account using temporary signed URLs. This paragraph is a plain-English summary and is being reviewed before any paid launch.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies. We also use first-party, privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages visitors use so we can improve GudFude. These analytics record a random anonymous identifier (stored in your browser), the page you visited, your language and your device type. They do not record IP addresses, your foods, meals, weight logs, calorie or macro goals, or any of your calculator inputs. We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
